It specifically focuses on legal requirements and how to comply with state and federal laws. This course is an overview of Utah State Lien Law\, and the most recent changes. It addresses how to properly file with the SCR to maintain lien rights. It provides a detailed overview of important deadlines and filing processes.\n\n\n\nQualifies for 6 contractor core credits\, 6 electrician & plumber professional credits.\n\nThis class includes one (1) hour Energy Efficient Building Practices\n\n \nRegister HERE\n\n\nThank you to our Education Sponsor:\n\n\n\n \n\n\nPlease Note:  One Hour Energy Code Training is required for 2021 Renewal.\n\n\n\nFor Renewing S330\, S410 & S350\n\n\n	S330 Landscape and Recreation Contractors and\n	S410 Boiler\, Pipeline\, Waste Water\, and Water Conditioner contractor classification need at least 2 hours (of their 6 hours of CE) related to backflow preventer installation every renewal cycle.\n	S350 HVAC Contractors must take 3 hours (of their 6 hours of CE) which is directly related to the installation\, repair\, or replacement of a heating\, ventilation\, or air conditioning system.
