It's not too late to make it happen!\n\n\n\nThere are three ways to get in to the 2023 Parade of Homes:\n\n Earn Parade Points - Earn as many points as you can through the 2023 Parade Point Criteria.\n Weighted Draw - Earn at least 15 points to be in the weighted draw.\n Silent Bid - Minimum bid is only $8000. \n\nNow Accepting Builder Intents 2023 Parade of Homes\n\n\n\n2023 Parade of Homes Builder Intent Form and Builder Participation Point Criteria.\n\n\n\n2023 Parade of Homes Important Dates to Remember:\n\n\n October 14th by 5:00 pm - The last day to accrue Parade Points and submit Builder Intent with $500 deposit. Important Reminder: it is the Builders responsibility to check that their Parade points are accurate. If you have any questions please call the SUHBA office or email Toni.\n October 15th by 5:00 pm - Parade positions 1 - 22 will be announced.\n October 18th at Noon - Weighted draw for positions 23 - 26. Builders welcome to attend.\n October 19th by Noon - Silent Written Bids & Builder Intent Forms are due for positions 27 - 30. You may bring to the office or email to Mari. Include the Builder Intent form\, but $500 deposit is not required. Refer to Builder Participation Policy for complete details. Builder is responsible to check to ensure email was received by Mari or 435-674-1400.
